Pretty accurate

Pros: weight is pretty accurate. Weighed the same on this scale as the scale at my Dr. office.
Body fat % uses electrical pulses. Fairly close.

Cons: weight numbers go up about 1/2 pound from final reading on scale.
Hydration level stays the same no matter how much I drink.

Still, for the money and interoperability between garmin devices, I'd buy again.

This laptop does exactly as advertised. You're not going to be editing video or running state of the art games on it but you can surf the web, run office, do your taxes, etc. It's a great bargain for the price!
