Has to be aimed just right to turn on multiple devices all at once, so it frequently misses getting them all. Returned it for the more expensive hub-based Harmony Companion which works much better.

I Like the Hub-based System

Got this after returning the non-hub 700. I like the hub-based system much better. Don't have to aim the remote and it's much more consistent in turning on multiple devices. Did take some trial and error getting everything to work. Also, wish it had more dedicated activity buttons on the remote so I didn't have to go to my phone since I have more than 6. But the phone app is nice and works well.

Hums during USB charging. Hum is fairly faint but if close by in a quiet room (e.g. bedroom at night) is very noticeable and bothersome (to me at least).
