Okay this phone is for my wife, as I'm an Android guy, although this phone is seriously tempting me to jump ship to Apple.
Pros: Build quality is exceptional and the feel in the hand is excellent. Overall performance is very fast and screen quality is amazing. Tons of software apps available.

Cons: I don't like that you can't customize the phone and I prefer to download HD music, which Apple's iTunes doesn't provide. Still waiting on custom keyboard apps.
