horrible. Its so hard to connect any input cables into the back because the receivers are all shifted off center from the steel cased openings for them and I have to push them towards the center with anything small to fit my connections in. I can imagine any stress building on the cable from my pc because these inputs on the monitor are always trying to tension back into their offcenter position. could have bought a monitor elsewhere for half the price with half the issues.

I bought this pc for the graphics card and other specs and it looked nice because everything is upgradable. I bought it because the quadro cards are too expensive ($5000.00) for the top of the line workstation card and ($600.00) for the gtx 1080 (which is top of the line in it's own department). I secondly got it for gaming, of course, but mainly it was to be used for work in editing programs like adobe's creative cloud and autodesk as well as rhinoceros 5 3d modeling. All worked great. Except the new drivers to run battlefield make adobe run horribly. After about 3 weeks of actually having my computer it crashed. I'm talking I can't even power it on anymore. It went into Power Save Mode and there is no power up at all now. Unplugged and replugged into new outlets. Tried everything. I bought it Oct. 1st, got it about two and a half weeks later which seemed like forever, had it for under 3 weeks and it crashes. It's passed the 30 days refund so I have to pay 15% restocking fee of the $2000 dollars plus my own shipping charges back to them, EVEN THOUGH I didn't even have it for 30 days but purchase date is more than 30 days. It is now 34 days since purchase. I have to return it by 45 days or no refund or exchange at all. All the software I bought I have to figure out how to transfer to a new computer since only one download is allowed per pc and they are expensive. So that'll be fun since I can't even turn on my pc to un-install them. There was shoddy workmanship when configuring wires and parts and I don't think it had anything to do with shipping. Oh and the free keyboard they sent had most keys that didn't work. Mouse was fine though. So overall great experience! NOT! Loving all the trouble I have to go through when spending money on cyberpower pc. NOT! best part is I have to spend more money just to ship it back to them and I will probably lose my software and have to buy again if they won't let me re-install. THANKS! 1 star because zero isn't allowed.
