It's got a good sized screen and has great sound quality. Also had a very good equalizer setting. Meant more for Apple than android though. And it didn't come with a remote.

Can it fit in place of a 04 Honda Accord navigation system and still have steering wheel control?

I wanna replace the factory navigation system with something better and more up to date but still have steering wheel control and get an aux and USB port installed to use my ipod and continue listening to my music.
To retain steering wheel control with any aftermarket radio, depending on make and model the aftermarket piece required for that is anywhere from 30-70 bucks.
