BAD directions and hardware

While I ultimately got everything working, I have several major complaints about this product:
1. There is no "good" direction on how to properly document the correct vertical orientation with the mount and TV such that they end up exactly where you want them vertically.
2. The threaded screws that came with the mount were either too long or way too short. I ended up putting in the optional spacers for non-flat backed TV's to then make the longer screws somewhat fit the depth of the tv (the shorter screws only had about 1.5 thread depth when bottomed out into the back of the tv)
3. Some of the hardware in the kit that it referenced didn't come in the kit (how hard would it have been to put (4) $0.03 screws in the kit and saved me 3 hours of work?

Great TV alternative to Samsung

I've been a Samsung Fanboy for a number of years. I have found their quality in general has been slipping and decided to give Sharp a try (I bought a 60 inch and a 55 inch TV). I couldn't be happier with both of them.

Great Bedroom TV

Easy set up, good picture, good sound at a good price. This is my 4th Samsung TV and they continue to produce above average TV's at reasonable prices.
Bought it and was in store 2 weeks later and even got back $20 since it dropped prices within Best Buy's 15 day price match window.
