Received defective phone. Shipped to wrong address

I ordered a Galaxy S5 unlocked from Bestbuy.com for a decent price of $500 which is something I could afford. I paid express shipping. I received the phone in 3 days. It came as New In Box but had 2 defects: There was a scratch on the top bezel and the finger print scanner wouldn't work. I called Bestbuy.com to ask for an exchange. The customer rep. directed me to return the phone to a local store in order to do the exchange that way, I'll receive my replacement phone quickly. I did just that. The phone shipped out within a few days. I was told I should be getting a tracking number in my email, shortly. However, the express shipping I paid with the original order won't be applied. Fine, I'll just ask for the refund of my express shipping after I receive the replacement phone.
I waited for a few days but no tracking was sent to my email. I finally called Bestbuy.com to obtain the tracking number. The rep, to my surprise told me the phone was delivered a day before. WHAT???!!! I did not receive the phone! So I asked to verify the shipping address. Oh, guess what?! The phone was shipped to my OLD address!!!!!!!!! WHAT???!!! Who was stupid enough to ship the phone to my old address when I updated my current address and had the invoice for the replacement in my hand showing it was going to be sent to my current address! I think the rep. at my local Bestbuy store screwed up and entered the wrong address. To be fair, I was being a bit hard on her because I was so upset my NIB phone came with defects...
Anyhow, so the Bestbuy.com rep. told me they are going to open an investigation with USPS to find out what's going on. So I ended up calling USPS to see what happened? They told me they delivered the phone to the address that was on the invoice so from their end, they've done everything right to get the delivery on time. So they couldn't do anything for me. So, I called Bestbuy.com again to update them with what I've gathered. However, they said they would have to follow up with USPS themselves to determine the outcome...Ok, so I guess I'll go knock on the door of my old address.
I arrived at my old address, knocked on the door. No answer. I went to my old neighbor's house to try to get some information about the current resident. He told me they seem kinda shady like if they were to receive the phone, they look like they would keep it and/or sell it on the streets. Hmmm, ok, so this was a dead end.
Anyhow, I'll spare you guys with all the details and get right to the chase. I waited for 13 days and called Bestbuy.com again to get an update. This time, I spoke to a rep. by the name of Keith. He was very helpful. After speaking to him for about 30 minutes, he informed me their "back office" who handles investigations and blah blah didn't even follow up on my case and I waited for 13 days for nothing and on top of that, the rep. from the back office knew he screwed up so after putting Keith on hold for 10 minutes, he simply hung up on him! But Keith ensured me he is going to make this right. In the end, he was able to get the authorization for Bestbuy.com to send me a replacement phone. What a guy! Somebody give him a rise! Are you reading this, BESTBUY???!!! Also, on top of sending me the replacement phone, Keith is going to send me a $50 gift card for all of my trouble!!! What a guy! So, after a week later, I received a working replacement with no defects! Finally! So, after after 1.5 month of me ordering the phone, I have my working S5...Had I known it was going to come to this, I would have looked else where! But thanks to Keith's valiant efforts, I'm now a satisfied customer! Thanks again, Keith.
