Great Wire - Blends Well with Cream Carpet

I had this 'wire' in the standard color (pinkish) hooked up in my old apartment for my home theatre system. I bought one 100' spool and wired it all up once and that was it. This 'wire' is such high quality it doesn't feel or behave like 'wire' at all, it's much more like rope or cable. It lays down flat and is pliable like a rope would be. Thinner, cheaper wires have minds of their own and get folds & kinks that make then stick up and look terrible.
That's just how they look (not the most important part). You get what you pay for and MONSTER makes great products. The signal quality to my speakers couldn't be better, and the last spool I bought was almost 10 years old when I replaced it with the cream colored variant. My original cuts are still perfectly fine too. I just needed different lengths and a color option that goes better with my carpet. So quality is 100% A+.
There is a lot of cheap alternatives out there, but like I say in a lot of my reviews... You get what you pay for. Half the price, half as nice!

Spend the Extra Money on the Genuine XBOX Remote!

This remote has a soft feel and backlit keys that fade on and off when you pick it up. It is just as responsive as a controller, and much more convenient/aesthetically appealing to have out all the time.
I went a while using a controller and voice commands, but got sick of having a controller laying around all the time and barking commands at my Xbox. Ugh... "XBOX SELECT! XBOX SELECT 2!" No Thanks... Not all the time...
There are knockoffs out there, but they aren't anywhere as nice. Half the price, half as nice for sure.
If you feel like a remote would be handy, just spend the $25 and get the good one.

Is this stranded? How many strands? What material is the metal? Is this shielded?

It's stranded O2 free copper wire. I'm not sure how many strands there are though. The wire is coated with 'Magnetic Flux Tube' which is a layer of non-condictive polymer to prevent signal cross.

What is the AWG guage?

It is 16GA wire including the 'Magnetic Flux Tube' which is a layer of non-conductive polymer to prevent signal cross.
