No one at Best Buy or Geek Squad in the store or by phone was able to help us connect a wireless headset so that my hearing impaired husband could listen to TV at a reasonable volume through the headset while I was listening at the same time. As a result the headset adapter and Sony wireless headset were both returned to the store. It would have cost $149 for someone from Geek Squad to come out. We were not willing to pay that for a $110 headset. I doubt that he would have been successful according to all the information we received from your employees.

What's great about it: Good size for space available.

What's not so great: Can't get HD due to it being a mirrored TV - not TV's problem, our setup.
