Great lens, Does the job but not an L lens

I've owned the 35L, the Sigma 35 Art, and this one here... its great, i love the iS, i like the color and contrast... not a fan of the vignette (look closely, its there) the purple fringing is there too but not super noticeable.
I'd compare this lens image quality to the pancake 40mm. Perhaps not as sharp edge to edge, but pretty darn close.
It doesnt focus nearly as fast as the 35L but then again, its nowhere near the price. If I had to to it all over again. I'd probably keep my 35L. Buuuuut, this one does have IS, which is pretty nice for video.

These died pretty quick compared to the name brands. BUT instead of using these for work, they have been sent home to live in our remote controls, keyboards, kid cameras, etc. Not to be trusted for working gigs or trips, they seem to drain pretty fast for heavy lifting. I'll buy them again for the house

I needed nav in my car so i opted for the 5200 vs the 4200. Def worth it! Nav takes a little getting used to, but you get the hang of it after a while. It's not as fast and quick as Apple maps, but when you need it, it'll more than get the job done. I like the Apple Carplay, the eq options, the multiple inputs for iphone and android Plus aux. Straight forward self install. Just make sure that you get the correct Double Din install kit. if you're thinking about getting the steering wheel add on...yes! Splurge just a little more and you wont regret it. I installed the GPS unit under my dash to where it peeked out the very front/bottom of the windshield. works like a charm.
I've already convinced three other friends to make the upgrade. Def a great investment.

I bought this as a backup to my 5DMIII. I did a lot of research and tested the 6D and got great results. Great color, low noise at high ISO's, lots of the same qualities as the higher end pro camera plus features that they don't include. I love the wifi... I sync with my iphone via Wifi (very simple) then can share immediately from my location instead of waiting to get access to a computer. The GPS has helped pinpoint locations when we've gone out scouting. My main reason for buying and ultimately the main reason for keeping is the fact that the 6D is full frame and shoots video comparable to the 5DMIII. I highly recommend this camera over the 5DMII, 7D, 60d, etc. A few people have posted about issues with moire, but hardly enough reason to pass up on this camera.
+ Uses the same batteries and EF lenses as the 5DMIII.
- DOES NOT have a headphone jack.

What's great about it: The BUILT-IN Wifi & GPS...nothing else needed to make them work. Full Frame!
What's not so great: My only gripe about this camera is that the WB control is buried in the menu, not accessible via a button.
