Expert Functionality, Easy Set-Up
on November 20, 2017

I set up this unit by replacing another brand new thermostat in a new construction home build. At first I was a little hesitant, but after reading the super easy to understand directions I had a new sense of confidence.
The instructions layout several "what to do if" scenarios while installing. It addresses how to approach installing by replacing a new thermostat, to what to do if there is no "C" wire to utilize. All in all installation was a breeze.
After installing the unit i immediately notices how intuitive the set up was. The only real knowledge i needed to know was, my wifi password, and some specifics about me furnace.
A few other features i really enjoy about this unit is the App that works as a companion and control center for the interface. I can set threshholds at a distance. Very easy to use.
Outside of the amazing functionality one little thing i found neat was the color control. I can set the backlight on the unti to be one of, maybe 20 different colors. It really makes my hall way pop!
Highly recommended due to ease of setup, functionality and color control!

Simple install for Novice Users
on November 17, 2017

I am a novice photoshop user at best.
I know this software can get pretty into detail and that I'm not quite there yet. Having this software to learn from has given me huge opportunity to sharpen my editing skills. The install was very easy. One small thing to keep in mind is that this need a LOT of room to install, something like 10 gigs. I have played computer games that require less.
All in all adobe holds its own and this titan in the photo editing space is here to stay.

Excellent Sound, Intuitive App
on November 17, 2017

Overall I have been very satisfied with the qualify and functionality of this Portable speaker. The 3 main areas of satisfaction revolve around how the speaker is charged, the sound quality and the ease of set up.
This speaker does not require a charging cable, but rather a charging dock. It has a screwable pin on the bottom of the speaker that can be exchanged to adapt with a charging dock. Super easy to unscrew factory screw and replace with docking screw.
The quality of sounds that pumps out of this speaker is insane. I have use several portable speakers in the past, but this one blows the rest out of the water. Deep base, crisp treble, very clear sounds.
Finally, the last item that i loved about this speaker was the set up and app functionality. Once I had the app installed, I was up and running with Alexa functionality within 3 minutes, tops. Very intuitive and easy to use.
I would highly recommend this speaker.

Wireless, Comfortable, OK sound
on November 17, 2017

Have been using these for several weeks now. The ease of this product is what has really sold me on this item thus far. Connecting to my phone has been a breeze and the wireless aspect if a major selling point.
The behind the neck fit of these items also serves as a great way to make sure that if they were to ever fall out that they wouldn't go far.
Although convenience is something that i highly value, the sounds it a different story. I would say the waves that are pushed through these headphone are ok at best. I am not expecting the bass to be hitting hard, but more bass would be appreciated.
All in all, not sure if these are quite worth the asking price. But, having wireless headphones may be enough of a benefit to justify the value.

Convenience out-weights sound.
on October 25, 2017

This pair of wireless headphones are my first. With that being said, I am happily surprised with their features but am not too impressed with their sound quality.
Having no wires is amazing. These headphones deliver on comfort, and even though they are tricky at first to get to "stick" in your ears (rotate counter clock wise for right, clock wise for left) they still stay in place regardless of how much my head was moving. The companion app that can be downloaded to monitor and alter sound profiles and change the functionality of each headphone's side button is pretty beneficial as well. They also come in a small charging dock that doubles as a carrying case that lights up to display if the headphones are charged.
In the box, I was provided with multiple ear phone sizes and outer ear fittings, a carrying purse and a charging cable.
One area that i with would have delivered higher would be the sound that pumps out of these headphones. There is little to no base, regardless of which sound profile i set to my headphones (driven via the app). Although I was not expecting super strong base, these simply fell short.
Overall, I'd recommend these headphones due to the fact that the convenience factors (companion app, wireless, sound profile adjustability) of these outweigh the lack of sound quality.

Standard, Great Pic

Overall this laptop is middle of the road, but what is viewed as a huge perk in my opinion are 4 things. Resolution, Temperature, Thickness and Battery Life.
Resolution of this laptop has full 1080. Enough said.
Secondly is the Temperature, This omits nearly no heat, i have been use to old bulky laptops that would double as space heaters.. this is NOT the case for this unit. It is cool to the touch, even after being on for hour plus.
Next comes the thickness/weight. At its widest part, it measures less than an inch, probably more like 3/4th of an inch. This thin unit paired with the feather light design is a major value add in my book.,
Lastly is then battery life. As I type my battery life states 95% which is calculated to be just shy of 11 hours of life. (I have plenty of windows open too).
The only negative feature i can see about this unit is that the keys seem to be too close together and lack some keys i use often. I find myself bumping the search button often, and there is no delete key...i know this is standard for chrombooks but it still is annoying in my opinion.
Chromebook nuances aside, this is a solid book to use for everyday use with outstanding picture quality.,

Solid Performer
on October 11, 2017

Overall solid performing monitor. Bright and easy to set up too. This unit comes with only 3 parts (besides the cords). The base, the neck of the base and the monitor...that's it! I was able to assemble in less than 2 minutes. Another great feature of this monitor is the weight and width. This monitor is super light weight and less than an inch thick.
A couple super small cons about this monitor:
1 - Lack of plugs and angle of plugs. Only one VGA and one HDMI (does not come with HDMI cable). Also, the plug is sort of pokes out of the back, but nothing worth docking a rating for.
2 - The buttons on the underside do not have any labels. Nothing besides on screen prompts.
Aside from the above 2 little areas of improvement, I'd still give this a monitor a 5/5 ratin due to the overall ease of use, assemble and performance..

Compact, Gets the job done.
on October 1, 2017

from St. Paul, MN
Bottom line, this projector gets the job done. Sure it does not display brights maybe as well as some of the higher level projectors, but overall this does an exemplary job on many levels.
A few Pros: Other projectors are huge, some measuring well over a foot in width and length, this one does not. It is very compact. I mention the size as a pro. I use this on my home office desk which displays on a wall that is roughly 10 feet away and since i have little room on my desk, having this smaller is a benefit.
The sound that is omitted from this projector is very minimal, i hardly knew it was running. The "warm up" period for this projector is about 5-10 seconds. Other projectors i have used made me wait for 30+ seconds. Given 30 seconds is not horrible, when you are face to face with a client those extra 20 seconds of awkward silence can be detrimental.
Auto screen display tilt is a great feature too. Meaning, if i tilt the projector, the display will account for any subtleties in the display image..
Cons: Although overall i have been very pleased i am a little upset that the resolution does not go a tad higher. The Lumen count does not impact me as the home office i use is about 12x12, if i were in a bigger room i would be a little more critical on this feature.
Another small thing that i would of liked to see would be a more HDMI ports, as this unit only has 1.
Overall, great unit that gets the job done. Not many bells or whistles but still performs as described.

Slim Fit, Standard
on October 1, 2017
Posted by: JorgeST
from St. Paul, MN
This router is a standard, no bells and whistles router. If you need a wifi router, this is a decent choice as the price is not over-bearing either.
The one feature I enjoy the most is the slim design. I am able to hide this vertically in small places. The antennas also fold down to make the unit even slimmer.
If there was any Cons about this unit, I would have to say that it lacking a lot of "nice to have" features. More lan ports, USB plugs and a sturdier power button would be nice to have, but then again, this is a pretty basic unit to begin with.
Although this is a beginner router i cannot complain much as I have not received any performance issues thus far..

Great Dual Band Router for any type of user
on October 1, 2017

After recently switching from a router/modem to this unit I cannot be happier. A few things stuck out as beneficial from my standpoint. The set up, lighting and power switch.
The set up is a breeze. My last modem easily took me over 30 minutes to create a connection. That is not the story for this unit. You can easily be up and running, out of box in less than 10 minutes.
The lighting is another feature that i enjoyed about this modem. The lights are dim, yet easy to read. They nearly match all of the other lights in my media closet too with is neat. It was a big pet peeve of mine when some models have very bright, unneeded lights.
Lastly, the power switch is small. This may sounds like an annoyance, but its far from. I recall fumbling around to install an ethernet cord on other modems and accidentally switched off the unit. This power switch is small and actually away from the ethernet ports, making it more difficult to bump.
So far, no complaints for this router.
