The downside to this purchase is you miss out on all the Elusive targets that were available.

While this is a great Console, the difference is small in the grand scheme.
If you're in the market for a PS4 get the pro unless you're on a budget. It improves frame rate and visuals for most games. If you have a 4k tv it's even prettier with HDR.

Yes you will need the license. But the game uses Origin as the authentication. As long as you log in to origin on both PCS with your account, you should be able to play it.
However, if someone else uses a different origin account, the game won't work. SOURCE- Our PC has multiple accounts. I cannot play under my Origin account, I have to log in to my wife's.
