Good product but I was setting up to use with Time Machine on a Mac and it was not that intuitive. I had to contact WD customer support. The rep was hard to understand and not very friendly. I had to download installation software from the WD support site. It wasn't that hard, and that fixed it, but I thought it would be easier than that.
