To say I’m impressed would be an understatement. The Turtle Beach VelocityOne Flightdeck system is by far one of the most customizable HOTAS systems available, especially at this price range. Immediately upon opening the package, I could tell great care went into the design and material choices. Every aspect of this system feels well-constructed and of high quality. Every button, switch, dial, and lever are easily accessible and placed comfortably and logically.
This system offers unparallelled customizability, every aspect of this system is customizable to your liking. This system features over 130 programmable buttons, a multitude of switches both intermittent and stationary, levers, dials, and even a customizable touch screen. You will be hard pressed to find a control that couldn’t be mapped to this system. It’s important to note that due to the highly customizable nature of this system, you will spend a considerable amount of time setting up and configuring the controls to your liking. Fortunately, Turtle Beach confirmed that they are working with game developers to quickly port profiles for many popular titles.
In terms of performance, I found the controls to be extremely responsive and precise. The Flight Stick offered fluid motion while the throttle control provided an appropriate amount of resistance for a realistic experience.
During my testing I did experience a minor, albeit annoying issue with the flight stick resetting resulting in brief periods of unresponsiveness from the buttons on the flight stick. This truly was my only negative experience with this system. The support team at Turtle Beach has been top notch and extremely responsive in helping me work to resolve the issue. Given the considerable thought and attention to detail that went into the development of this system, I truly believe that my issue is unique and not typical for the vast majority of users. That said, I would, without hesitation recommend this system to anyone looking for a feature rich and highly customizable flight sim accessory.

I have to say, I'm impressed with the HP OMEN - 27" QHD Gaming Monitor. Excellent picture quality even with fast-paced games. Not once did I experience any sort of choppiness or blurring. It has a built-in USB hub to help with cable management and the adjustable stand is very sturdy and allows for precise positioning of the display.
The setup was straightforward, everything basically snaps into place, and no tools were required. Make sure you hear a distinctive "Click" when attaching the screen to the base as it's a snug fit. The base is quite heavy, so you may find an extra set of hands helpful.
This monitor offers both HDMI and Display port options and ships with an included display port cable.
Overall, I'm pretty happy with this monitor and would happily recommend it.

First let me say I am overall pretty happy with the video quality and brightness of the LEDs. I've actually had to turn the intensity down to approximately 50% to not blind my neighborhood. Video quality is surprisingly good, even in extreme low-light conditions.
There are however some issues that should be considered. First the microphone / audio quality is fine when viewing recordings, but definitely underwhelming when viewing the live feed, especially during two-way communication. Second, audio triggered events are practically unusable. The slightest breeze, will trigger an event, even with the sensitivity turned down to minimum levels. Lastly, the floodlight features a function that can "filter" triggered events to those detected by both the camera and floodlight... That is if it would actually work.
Despite these issues it has been, for the most part, trouble free. Both the installation and activation were fairly straight forward, that is if you're comfortable with electrical wiring and replacing an existing light fixture.
Note: this fixture is designed to be mounted flush against a wall or fixture plate and is slightly larger than a standard round fixture box. If you plan to mount to an elevated surface, be prepared for a little extra work creating a weather-tight seal.

For the price, this is a fairly decent floodlight security cam and I wouldn't have any issue recommending it to a friend.

The Brio 500 by Logitech is the perfect option for remote collaboration. Video quality is outstanding and easily outshines the competition. Setup was extremely simple. Plug in to an open USB-C port and you're done. No additional software required. Now if you wish to fully utilize the camera's advanced features you will need to install Logitech's Logi Tune software.
My favorite feature of this camera is the automatic framing capability. When enabled you are no longer constrained to the center of your monitor. You can freely move about your space, whether standing or sitting, the auto-framing feature ensures you remain perfectly centered within the frame.
The ultra-wide field of view is perfect for including multiple (guests) in the conversation and the Show mode is great for presenting/sharing items in your workspace. Simply tilt the camera and it automatically rotates the image. Perfect for sharing sketches or other objects on your desktop.

This is not a deep carpet cleaner so it will leave your carpets wetter. I've used it to clean up a few small messes on carpet and noted that the carpet took about 15 minutes to dry. Note: these were very small areas and the spot was not set in.

Yes. Very little moisture is left after cleaning that this should not be an issue.

It should handle your cad software without any problems. You can upgrade to 64gb ram but two slots are not easily accessed, so you will need to remove the back panel as well to access these slots.

Is the rear facing camera like the one Pro 3? The fixed focus on the pro 3 is absolute trash. Cannot take a close up of words. I will upgrade if that is fixed.
I have taken many photos with the rear camera, I think the images are excellent for a tablet style device. If you want professional quality images you really need to get a professional quality DSLR.
