My Wife's New Favorite Appliance

I have been hearing about the wonders of air fryers for a long time and was anxious to give one a try. I am happy to report that they are as great as everyone says.
When I opened this thing up my wife's eyes got as big as saucers. She loves chicken wings and couldn't wait to make a batch. A recipe book comes with great instructions on how to cook wings, fries, and many other items.
For our first dinner we made wings and fries, purchasing them both in the frozen goods section at our local supermarket. They both turned out amazing! The wings were crispy and delicious plain, but we also melted some butter with some hot sauce to toss the rest. You can fit about 8-10 good sized wings inside the extra large basin which makes for a good sized batch. You don't fry them on the wire rack like I have them pictured below. We figured out pretty quickly that the rack is really only for broiling. The fries also turned out crispy, which is how I like them. A few were a little too crispy but we can just take a minute off the timer next time we make them and I think they will be perfect. We have already purchased some frozen onion rings for our next go around!
I was worried that cleaning this fryer might be a pain. However, it was not nearly as difficult as we thought. The basin has a rack at the bottom that can easily be removed and washed and the basin itself is easy to wipe down at that point.
Other notes:
- For the kids we have also tried out some chicken nuggets and they tasted way better than when we heat them up in the oven.
- We haven't tried it yet but this device can also be used as a food dehydrator which is pretty cool.

If you are looking for a healthier way to enjoy foods that are typically deep fried, this is a fantastic option. And I definitely suggest going with a large model so that you can make large portions if you are serving multiple people.

Stylish with Customization Options

This is the first time I have owned a secondary fridge and I have loved how it has opened up storage space in my primary fridge. I keep this one in my garage for now, but will likely move it under a kitchen counter during a future remodel. Here are my thoughts after using it for several days.
Pros:
- Excellent design and build quality. It's sturdy and looks high-end.
- Shelves can be removed based on your storage preferences.
- It can be fine tuned to a specific temperature setting that you prefer.
- You can use it as a stand-alone fridge and place it anywhere you like or place it under a counter. The dimensions are such that it will fit under any standard counter-top.
- It can fit into tight spaces and does not need ventilation.
- The LED lighting can be left on and looks really cool in the dark.

Great Video Quality, Easy to Use

This is my first dash cam so I don't have anything to compare it to, but it seemed like a really well put together device.
Pros:
- It's very light and small. You can place it anywhere and it doesn't take up much space.
- Multiple mounting options are available. You can use the suction mount or the adhesive. I'm worried about the adhesive lasting long term due to the Texas sun it would be exposed to. I mounted mine low on my dash and out of my field of view but I think I will move it up by my rearview mirror where my windshield has additional tinting.
- The video quality is fantastic. You will need a Micro SD card (up to 128GB) in order to set up the device so make sure you have one on hand.
- The touch screen is easy to navigate. Very simple menu system.

This is a fairly inexpensive dashcam that could save you far more than it costs if it can prove you were not the cause of an accident or that you were not deserving of a ticket. I recommend that everyone protect themselves with a dashcam, and the Nextbase is a terrific option.

This is the 3rd Acer laptop that I have ever owned and each of them has served me well. However, this is the first laptop I've had that was geared toward gaming so I will review it as such.
Pros:
- This laptop ships with a sleeve to protect and transport it. Very nice touch!
- For anyone that buys a gaming rig, the ability to upgrade is key. This unit is extremely up-gradable, whether you want to add more RAM or a second SSD (which is much needed).
- While this unit doesn't come with a top of the line graphics card, it is more than powerful enough to run most graphic intensive games out there. I put it through the paces and had excellent frame rates on the beautiful 1080P display.
- The omission of a disc drive helps keep the laptop thin and lighter for a 15" model.

If you are looking for a set of wireless on-ear headphones on a budget, this is a solid option.
Pros:
- Very lightweight. You could wear these all day long and not get a stiff neck.
- The price point is excellent for wireless headphones.
- Long battery life! I expected these to be heavier with an advertised battery life of 17 hours.
- Easy to use controls. (answer phone calls, pause audio, increase volume, etc)

Fantastic New Way to Listen on the Go

Bose has always been well known for great sound quality. When it comes to these sunglasses, they are proving to show terrific innovation.
Pros:
- Set up was very easy. You just install the Bose Connect app and follow instructions. It takes just a few minutes to complete all the steps.
- The shades provide UVA and UVB protection for your eyes.
- They are lightweight and comfortable.
- Function control is simple. There is just one button used to power them up, pause, resume, answer calls, skip songs, etc. They are turned off simply by placing the glasses upside down for 2 seconds.
- This ability to listen to music and podcasts without having to bring along headphones is awesome. You just need your sunglasses!

I have used a few Turtle Beach gaming headsets over the years and this one ranks as the best by far.
Pros:
- My first concern with a wired headset is always cord length. This was not an issue as I could easily sit in my recliner and game about 10-12 feet away from my entertainment center.
- I tested the headset out with Far Cry 5 on my Xbox One X. The sound was incredible. I could hear every sound around me and the direction it was coming from.
- The mic monitor works great. You can see how you sound to make sure your voice is coming through clearly for other people in multi-player and you aren't breathing heavy into the mic.
- While I dislike having to install yet another app on my phone (see below), the features it provides are really nice. You can choose from audio presets depending on the type of game you are playing (racing, FPS, etc). You can also design your own presets.
- Comfort level was decent, but not the best I've experienced.
- While these are not designed for noise-canceling, they do a really good job of keeping ambient noise out so you are not disturbed during your gaming sessions.

I have owned numerous bluetooth speakers, but this is my first one that has had Amazon's Alexa assistant built-in. To sum up this item easily, if you would love for your smart speaker to be able to double as your audio device, this is the speaker for you.
Pros:
- The Marshall design/style is phenomenal. It will remind you of old-school speakers popularized decades ago and are still in use today because of their quality.
- The sound quality is excellent. You won't be filling up the whole house with sound, but it is plenty loud for its size. And the clarity is impressive. You can't find much better sound quality in this price range.
- The inclusion of Alexa is a huge plus. If you are an Amazon Prime subscriber then you instantly have access to thousands of songs at your fingertips that you can stream just by asking Alexa to play a specific song or album for you.
- The compact design allows you to place this speaker on pretty much any regularly sized shelf and it doesn't sacrifice sound quality.

There is no Aux audio output jack. It does not connect via bluetooth. It connects to your home's Wi-Fi network the same way a chromecast device does. Having a chromecast is optional, as you can have audio come directly from the Home device, or have it played through a chromecast connected TV.

No, any other services you use with this device would be optional. You can use free Pandora/Spotify/Google Play Music account with it, or a paid subscription, among other services.
