Broke after 7 wash loads

While in Best Buy the original washer I wanted was not available. This a choose a different one, this being the second choice. We used it for 7 wash cycles and it broke. Samsun was unable to fix the issue either if the two times they came out. The third time the technician didn't even show up! I haven't had a washer in over three weeks now and Samsung is apparently issuing a replacement sometime in the near future .... when I finally receive it my only hope is that it actually works for more than 7 loads
