I bought this as an opened box item which said "like new". It arrived and has some mild-moderate blimishes. That's no big deal, it still looks pretty good. The lights are very bright, but they put off a fair amount of heat which kind of concerning. My biggest problem is the fan, it moves a lot of air, but man is it loud. If those things don't bother you, go for it!

This is a great product, I got mine caught in a recliner and had to replace it. I bought the wrong charger (not sure why apple makes two different chargers for their laptops), it almost messed up my laptop BIG TIME!! BE CAREFUL!!! Make sure you purchase the right charger!!!
