Replaced old style agitator washer with this. It has an agitator too, it’s a little too “smart” for me but I’ll get used to it. Others complained about not being able to reach clothes in the back of the drum due to the depth of the drum, but you can easily spin the drum to the front if you are having trouble reaching back. Best feature is the “max extract” spin cycle, clothes dry quickly as most of the water is extracted! Took me a while to figure out that I needed to choose “max fill” or “bedding” if I had a larger load, as the machine is stingy with water otherwise. Takes a lot longer to wash loads with this new machine, but it still is much more efficient and quieter than my 20 year old machine. I’m very happy with this washer.

Purchased this stove to replace a 1930's stove. Love the large oven, and the varied types of burners. I use the precise simmer burner a lot. The stove does not have a self cleaning feature nor is it a convection oven, which I was glad about- didn't really want or need those features. The stove was easy to install and the burners were already pre set so no adjustments were needed. I miss my beautiful old stove, but it was no longer safe to use. I really love the new stove's reliability, convenience, and ease of use. Plus it is a great looking addition to my kitchen.

diferences
what is the difference between freestanding and slide in gas ranges?
A free standing gas range stands directly on the floor, and has adjustable legs at it's base to level it. A slide in range uses the counter side & top space on either side of it to hold it flush in place and level it. The slide in range sides are usually not finished off in the same manner as a free standing range as the sides will be hidden by the counter which it slides in to.
