I purchased this laptop in May 2016. In less than a year, the computer crashed with no way to recover. Still under warranty, I called Dell. Their process is that I have to send the laptop to them so they can evaluate and repair. Not only was it a bad product, but their repair process is terrible. Will not buy a Dell ever again.
