The LG soundbars are awesome! Full and rich sound! I bought this to go with a 32' TV for a bedroom. I own 2 LG soundbars and I'm completely convinced they are the best soundbars for the money! If you know me that is saying a lot, I work for a television network.

Great picture, bad sound

Samsung has reduced this TV to a monitor. Picture looks great but the sound from the TV by itself is the worst sound from a TV I've ever heard to the point of being annoying!
The sound is very thin and has no bass even if you try any of the sound presets. There is no EQ (equalizer) so you cannot customize the sound.
Plan on buying a soundbar for sound. I bought an LG soundbar with wireless subwoofer (model SH4), love it! The LG soundbars are the best, I own 2 now.
