Well designed, versatile, limited power, pricey

Probably the best looking battery backup/surge protector out there. Not an eyesore in front of you on the desk, all day long. Very well designed, small, compact, with removable lithium battery having additional usefulness for charging portable devices. Helpful LED lights on the unit could be dimmer, they are too bright at close range. Unfortunately compactness also means, in this instance, limited power supply adequate only for a couple or three low power devices such as routers and modems. For that purpose it appears to work quite well. Somewhat pricey though at list price. Would like to see a similarly designed device with considerably higher power enough to backup a regular desktop computer.

Convenient, fairly accurate, arm angle sensitive

Although wrist blood pressure monitors have been often characterized as unreliable that does not seem to apply to this monitor. While the readings may be slightly higher at times for the systolic pressure compared to a regular upper arm monitor they are nonetheless consistent over several successive readings. This newer model has a different position on the wrist and a different position for the arm during the reading, which permits continuous visual contact with the screen and allows monitoring throughout the entire process. Some people prefer the old setup but I believe that the new one might be preferable but, it has to be properly applied. That is, one has to make sure that the arm is positioned at the right angle since significant changes in position will affect the readings.

Looks good, performs well, could use improvements

The device looks stylish, is quiet, has a small footprint and it performs adequately with acceptable speed when executing a backup. The backup software allows backing up individual folders or files and provides access to the backed up files in their original form.
Would have liked to have specific instructions accompanying the product with direct links to the software required to operate the device and to the backup software.
An on/off button or the ability to turn off and then, later, back on the device via software would be welcome. Although it can be rebooted and can be shut off through the software, in the current version, the device can not be turned back on after turning it off. One has to unplug it and then plug it in again in order to restart it.

Convenient, but still limited, a work in progress

The hub is relatively easy to install and pair with Logitech remote controllers. Connecting with Amazon’s Alexa is somewhat more involved, it could be simplified. Until recently Alexa commands were very few, essentially just turning devices on and off, but, now compatible devices such as smart TVs have additional voice controls such as volume and channel changing.
The Smart remote, though handy, has limited capabilities for controlling cable boxes since it does not seem to be able to bring up and navigate through the side panel guide that appears when the right pointing arrow is pressed on the original cable box remote.

The printer is small, light, maybe the build is a little too light raising some doubts regarding longevity. Very handy for printing the occasional photograph without having to worry about the ink getting dry if the printer is left unused for a longer period of time. The prints come out slightly on the dark side but, otherwise look very good compared to those made at the corner drugstore albeit substantially more expensive. But, for printing a few pictures at a time without leaving the house or while traveling (the printer works on batteries too) and having immediate results, very convenient.

Google Home has only two microphones and is sometimes slow to respond to questions or commands and often fails to properly interpret them. Its overall capabilities and its device control abilities in particular are still limited. On the other hand, the speaker is outstanding with a full, clear sound. The Surface Pro 4 tablet has a solid, well built feel but, it also feels heavy. It has a nice, sharp looking display which could be a little more sensitive to touch. Performance with the m3 processor, though acceptable, is marred by occasional lagging in response. The rear camera is very good, videos look sharp and clear even in relatively low light conditions. The design of the support is simple and straightforward but offers limited choices and makes the lap use somewhat uncomfortable. The included, backlit keyboard is light and works well and the way it snaps firmly in place, through magnetic attachment to the tablet, is impressive.

The camera itself, the hardware, performs very well. The image is sharp, the field of view is impressive, the fisheye distortion is reduced significantly. The stand, however, could be improved by allowing lateral rotation and by increasing the forward tilting angle which is rather limited.
The software, on the other hand, could be finicky and frustrating at times. It may be reluctant to connect to the server, often requiring several attempts. Occasionally, it may exhibit the disconcerting habit of losing the connection to the server, sometimes repeatedly.

Overall, a decent multi-function printer

The setup went without incident and it was done within a reasonable period of time. The printer is quick to respond to print requests sent via Wi-Fi and the actual printing process is fast as well. The printer and particularly the copier have outputs that are significantly darker than the original and the darker/lighter adjustment for the copier has only a limited range for compensating. The scanner works very well, scanned images reproduce the original remarkably well. There is one issue that may disturb some people, the printer emanates a pungent odor that is characteristic to cheap plastics used in some electrical/electronic components. Overall, a decent multi-function printer.
