I only drink coffee first thing in the morning, so 2 regular sized mugs is just right. Very pleased with this small, basic unit. Quick and easy. Has scheduled brewing feature for next day. Retains scheduled brew time. but delayed button must be pushed to reset each day...good feature.

This Sharp has everything we need.. although it is missing a 30 second quick button, it does have a 1 min quick start function. Looks good and frees up valuable counter space. We could have bought a regular MW and mounted under counter, but didn't want to reach down and in for everything. Controls also slant up for easy access. Everyone that sees it says they never knew there was a MW drawer. Very easy to install. Be sure to read about electrical outlet location, very specific location.

Pizza Cooking
I want to make pizza in a concession stand for Softball. Can someone tell me about how long it takes to cook a 12 inch pie?
It takes as long as the pizza directions state on the package when using the directions for temperature. Slightly less if you use convection.
I wouldn't use the Breville in a 'commercial' setting... too high quality and costly. There are pizza ovens that are specifically made for concession stand pizza baking. You should have 2-3 going. Lower cost too.
