Promising not yet baked and unreliable performance

Based on several online reviews including some negative ones, I decided to purchase the Velop 3-pack. Installation was easy with the iPhone app and everything seemed ready to work.
After several days of testing the actual throughput with online speed test tools, I agree with other reviewers stating that these are just unreliable from a solid throughput perspective. Standing in the same location I was fluctuating from 20mbps download speeds on up to 150mbps. These results were just too extreme and unreliable to warrant the cost of the 3-pack.
I also called Linksys support for assistance in connecting my webcams. I had to go into a totally separate support queue for the Velop, which was unusual. I did talk to a knowledgable technician, however, he wasn't able to resolve my issue.
I would not recommend them at this time. Linksys needs to work the bugs out and make them more stable. I brought these back to Best Buy and had no problems in returning them.
