Sounded great in the store, but was difficult (required a cell phone app) to set up and did not work all the time. Plus, it did not solve the varying volume issue that I thought it would. Need a receiver and speakers instead. I returned the item and will wait to set up a receiver and speakers. But the sound quality was good when it did work.

Using Android technology, this Sony 4K HDR TV includes an array of film, TV and app choices. This 75-inch ultra-slim design features wall mounting or tabletop display, with wires hidden cleanly behind the console. The 4K technology in this Sony 4K HDR TV produces coloring similar to natural lighting.

This was sold to me as an upgrade to a 65 inch 8500 series Samsung.
I was looking for a larger TV. However, it does not compare to that model. Perhaps the 2016 940D Sony model is a better comparison to the Samsung 8500 series, but it a great deal more expensive.
That said, Best Buy management, particularly Mark, could not be nicer and more accommodating. Won't purchase anywhere else! I upgraded to the Samsung 2015 JS9500 series 78 inch TV (open box) and it is impressive thus far. Geek Squad service can't be beat!
