I travel for work, and I often find myself on those tiny little jet's that have one seat on one side and two on the other. You know the ones where you feel like a sardine? My former computer backpack was just too large to try to cram under a seat, and I found it difficult to find a spot in the overhead bin for it unless I was one of the first ones on the plane. I hate being one of the first on the plane, having to wait as people walk by me, bumping their bags into my shoulder, etc. I bought this bag because I knew that I could wait until the end of boarding and push it up under the seat in front of me. It has worked perfectly for that purpose. It has excellent storage for all of my MacBook Pro's cords, phone cords, accessories, my portfolio, my iPad, and it even has a hardshell area for my sunglasses. I could not have designed a more perfect bag if I had made a custom one.

I'm a Mac guy, through and through. I absolutely HATE windows. In my opinion, it's a horrible operating system. That being said, my wife needed a new computer and she didn't want to use Windows at the office and Mac OS X at home (she doesn't like change). You know what they say, if Momma ain't happy... So I first bought her the Lenovo 910 because it had the 'bling'. She hated it, and I have to admit, I tried using it and found the trackpad very hard to use and the issue with the shift key on the right side of the keyboard just did it in. We took the Lenovo back to Best Buy and she tried this little HP out. She really liked it, so we took it home. It has been absolutely marvelous. No issues with the trackpad or keyboard. She can't say enough good about it. She uses it for surfing the web, Microsoft office, and other general usage. She's not a gamer, so I can't say anything on it to that point. Because it doesn't have discrete graphics, I doubt it's great at graphically intensive games, but otherwise, super light, super easy to use, and all around a great machine.

This is my second Logitech Harmony Touch type remote. I've had one for several years in the living room of my home, but was still dealing with multiple remotes in my home theater. I saw this on one sale at BestBuy and decided it was time to make the theater simple like the living room. I use the remote in conjunction with a Harmony hub as my components are actually behind the viewing area in a rack. The hub allows for the remote to send signals to all my components without having line of site. The harmony remote uses a database of components, so to set it up, you simply enter the components you have. It then walks you through setting up activities. After set up is finished, if you want to watch TV, you simply press the 'Watch TV' button. The remote handles turning on power to the required components and switching all of the inputs on it's own.
The only downside that I find is when I have a remote that has a lot of buttons that are commonly used. For example the Tivo remote. The Harmony doesn't have enough physical buttons to replicate the remote, so it makes those buttons available on the touch screen. This just isn't very convenient. So for that one component, I usually just restart to keeping the original remote around. Overall though, I do recommend this remote.
