I use it at least every other day to keep track of my weight and works great syncing the information to the app on my iPhone. Once you see the history on how you are doing, it just motivates you to do better. Works well with other apps as well.

The right temperature in the right places. These wireless room sensors work with ecobee4, ecobee3 Lite, and ecobee3 Wi-Fi smart thermostats.

It makes temperature and comfort adjustments based on multiple locations, instead of only where the thermostat is located. Ecobee3 comes with 1 free remote sensor, and you can add up to 32. This version of the ecobee3 Thermostat is not compatible with Apple HomeKit.

It has all the options that a regular thermostat plus a lot more. You can set a timer, temperature, days, and even view and operate it remotely from your smart phone. The remote sensor help out a great deal. I added two more sensors so I can monitor the temperature remotely with my i phone 6. Ecobee3 has a lot more to offer then the nest. I'm really happy with my ecobee3.
