I purchased the computer for a specific job, so for the first couple of days, I bookmarked all of my required work sites, installed my required peripheral equipment and had pretty much everything just as I needed it for work purposes. I logged in one morning to go to work and a message came up that said a lot of updates needed to be performed and it might take a while - well several hours later the screen just went completely blank and never came back on. I tried for three more days, off and on, to get it to boot but it never did.
I am fortunate I have my regular laptop because I could have lost my job because of that computer. I can't say any other brand would have been any better - I realize they all use pretty much the same parts from the same manufacturers so I'm just reluctant to buy any of them.
Also, the Zero (0) was in the wrong place on the keypad and that is a serious issue for an accountant.
I may try a Mac out for my next computer purchase.
