My previous iPhone cover was a red leather Apple one. I really like leather but it can be slightly slick at times. This TUMI one has a nice leather backing which is textured on the perimeter and molded to a nice rubbery outer piece that has a better purchase. It's still early days as far as wear and tear go but I am very happy overall. The only drawback is price, which is somewhat offset by their warranty, plus it looks good!

I just bought a new MacBook Pro for my wife and quickly realized it has no regular USB ports. This adaptor is a must if you want to accces any of your older peripherals. There are cheaper alternatives, but you get what you pay for here, a quality Apple product that does the job and has a nice look and feel to it.

I bought this as a gag gift for my wife. She returned the other gift (a bottle of perfume) but uses this device every day. Music plays, shopping lists get made, and the daily news is caught up on in no time. Alexa is pretty good at converting units when I cook and need to know how many tablespoons are in a liter, handsfree timer requests are easy to do and I find myself looking for ways to add more of these clever little devices. I would highly recommend this to all, in fact I'm off to buy one for my parents.

Decent way to entertainment

We cut the cable but still needed access to certain shows so I bought the Roku Express for one of our non-smart TV's. Setup was relatively easily, with only a hitch or two. The unit worked fine for 2 weeks and then suddenly stopped. I could not get it to join the network until I rebooted my router, which took me a while to figure out. It now works fine, but that glitch nearly resulted in a return to the store. Persistence paid off in the troubleshooting department.
