A supper Dish washer

We were able to get this as an open box. More to come on that. I had to install in myself because they would have charge a fee to do so. I was lucky I knew what I was doing. We went to turn it on and none of the panel lights on the door would not work. Went back to store talk to the sales people and they call for a new part for the door. That's when we found out that it was not an open box item but a returned item. I was not happy with this because they should have tool us that when we got it. I when back home toll the wife they would be out to repair it. Then we were looking at the manual and saw a toll free number for Bosh and call. The lady was very nice and ask us what was wrong. We toll her and she said that the control panel light only work when the door is open and when the door is closed the lights go out. WE try this and it worked fine. She asked were we got the washer and we said Best Buy and that it was an open box item and return. She also said that most people return this this because it dose not have a dry element. That's OK with me saves money. The sales people should tell everyone how their thing works and tell them every thing about an open box item.Don't get me wrong we love this dish washer and will still go to Best Buy

Great Range

First let me say we love best Buy, however the people they sent out to install the range would not install it because the area was to high we had to place a plate form for the stove to sit on to get the right height. I did this with my other range (MAY TAG) and worked fine. They also did not leave the part that attached to the back of the range to cover the gape. Went to store and they did give one from a flood model . I had to install this myself with my wife and brother in-law. But I still like Best Buy.

Make the most of every meal. Heat two dishes at once by creating a double oven inside this Samsung range. Use the smart divider and dual door to cook with different temperatures at the same time. Plus, you can stay connected through Wi-Fi, to control your oven from anywhere in the house.

This is a very clean range to use. Make sure the child lock is on or every time you touch the control panel or it will come on. (not the oven just the panel it self). You do have to keep the top clean it loves finger prints :).
We cooked or Thanksgiving dinner and it came out great. the top over will brown a little faster because the rack is a little closer to the top. Over all we love this range. :) :)
