Not Happy at all

Bought this for a guest house, plugged it in, waited for a couple of hours, and put both bottled beer and sodas in. Waited and waited for them to get cold, even a little chilled would have been nice, never happen, even after 2 weeks, called Best Buy and the the first person we called was not help full at all, requested the general manager and he was great. Returned the item and will be finding something else
