So glad I bought this after much research online. My entire house is so much cleaner. Carpet, floors and upholstery are all cleaner. My previous vacuum couldn't get the pet hair out of the upholstery or get anything off of the hardwood floors. I chose this dryer after reading the online reviews, it was less expensive than the Samsung and LG, and seemed to be similar. It is a nice dryer and has a large capacity, but one issue it has is annoying. It is hard to start the dryer, because the touch screen has to be touched "just so" or it won't start. Sometimes it can take a minute or so to hit the sweet spot. One should not have to deal with this every time you start a load.
