Robo R1+ 3D printer

The Robo R1+ replaced a defective DaVinci printer for me and while it is a little on the noisier side and is not enclosed the way the DaVinci printer was, I have not had any problems with the Robo like I did with the DaVinci. I found XYZPrinting was quick to blame me and void my warranty when their DaVinci printer failed after one print. I have not had any problems with my Robo and I have printed several things with it already. I have learned through additional online reading, that the Robo R1+ does have more options available to consumers when they want to try larger nozzles for their print head to use other types of filament and its easier to obtain and replace thermistor wires where the DaVinci was more difficult to get parts for. That was my experience anyway! I have also found there is a bit larger learning curve for 3D printing than I originally thought but I'm having much more fun learning on the Robo because I have not had to deal with any breakdowns. It's pretty tough trying to learn on a machine that breaks down after one print and extremely frustrating when the company voids your warranty when you've had the machine less than two weeks. I paid more for the Robo R1+ than the DaVinci but after several months of use it is still working so in that respect it was well worth the higher price. Guess it proves you do get what you pay for!

Bad nozzle design

After only a few days of owning this printer, the nozzle clogged during the second print and nothing was coming out of the print head. I attempted to follow their procedure for unclogging the nozzle using the small wires they include for that purpose, but it was jammed so tight the wires were bending even with a heated nozzle. I eventually had to remove the assembly to try to clear the clog but that didn't work either and the thermistor wire broke off in the process. I tried to find a replacement but couldn't find one so I called the company to get a replacement. I found out they don't sell replacement thermistor wires, you have to buy an entire assembly but since I had removed the assembly to clear the nozzle when their process hadn't worked, they said I voided my warranty on the entire printer.
I think the thermistor was poorly installed and that is what caused the clog in the first place, which would also explain why heating the nozzle and using the wires they provide to clear the clog was not working either. For them to void the warranty on my one week old printer because I had to remove the nozzle assembly to try to clear the clog, is wrong and totally unacceptable!!!
I had originally planned on adding their laser assembly to my printer too but when they said they were voiding the warranty on my entire printer, I immediately returned the printer and exchanged it for a different brand from a company known for excellent customer service.
In my opinion; XYZ Printing has lousy customer service and they look for every reason they can to void the warranty on your printer instead of providing free replacement parts and keeping satisfied and happy customers.

I bought this bundle mostly for the extra long lightning cord. I already had a phone case and screen protector but now have a backup screen protector to use when the current one starts to wear out and a backup case for when I want to use one that's a little less bulky but these were really a bonus that came with the long cord I wanted. The long cord is so much more convenient than those short 2-3 foot cords that always become disconnected.

This screen protector was recommended by the sales clerk and I'm happy I took his advice. The beautiful iPad colors show through with great clarity and you can't even see the screen protector on the iPad Pro. I have found it is very easy to wipe finger prints and smudges from the screen and trust that if I ever do accidentally drop my tablet, this screen protector will prevent the screen from shattering.

This was my first iPad purchase and I am very impressed with the beautiful detail and clarity of the screen colors. I've never seen any tablet with such vivid color and it is very easy to use right out of the box. I have also found the sound of music on the iPad Pro is very good for a tablet, and am also enjoying being able to draw or write directly within several apps I've downloaded. Great charging cable

This cable is a really nice charging cable for an iPhone. It has bright blue LED chasing lights that change speed as the battery becomes more charged. Once the battery is fully charged, the chasing lights turn off. It's nice to have a visual clue for how close the battery is to being fully charged, and when it actually reaches its full charge. I would definitely buy this type of charge cord for other devices as the need arises.
