I mainly got this to be able to track my sleep patterns as I have sleep apnea and feel like I am not sleeping right. The sleep tracker has shown me that I spend a lot of time in light sleep and awake stages. I like that it tells me where I should be against others my age. This has enough plus for tv, dvd, sound bar, video game system and hdtv antenna more than enough room to plug all of them in and protect them all for power surge. I used a 7 plug strip protector before could only use 5 plugs because of larger power plugs blocking spots on the strip. This is wide and allows room for the bigger power cord plugs.
