I'm very happy with my purchase. Though it was based on my own research more so than sales staff. Though super knowledgeable, each one had their own "favorite" brand that they really tried to push, rather than giving a good comparison between products (this said, the Best Buy web site does an excellent job of this). Love my new UHDTV - very pleased.
