So if one only uses "on the battery" for taking notes-like in class, looking at pdf images through wifi, what do you think the battery life be? Thanks, Mike
I use it to read PDFs in my room away from the charger and that lasts me at least 4 hours.

Is it possible to change the color of the lights on the outside of the case?
Yes, just find the alienware command center in the start menu.
