This washer takes forever to run a cycle and when it's complete it's still full of water. This, along with a dryer that doesn't dry, is a piece of junk. Stay away. We bought Whirlpool for the name and we are so disappointed.

This is probably the worst purchase we have ever made. We wanted a basic machine that dried the clothes. THIS DOESN'T DO THAT. It takes three cycles to dry and we've looked at all possible reasons it doesn't work. Now that we have it we can't get rid of it. Too late to return and manufacturer says nothing wrong with it. What a bad experience. Bottom line; it doesn't work because it is designed poorly. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK.
