Good Product; Appointments Are Horrific

The Office product is good. Some of the new features are not as smooth to handle as in former versions. The only horrible part of this purchase was the GEEK Squad appointment. I went to the store. NOBODY ELSE WAS ON LINE IR THERE TO BE HELPED. The agent told me (at 10:28 a.m.) that I would have to make an appointment to hand him the laptop I had in hand and gave to him, who was looking at my account online already. The next one available was 11:15 a.m. since his computer showed there were 5 appointments ahead of me! Now, there was STILL NO ONE THERE ! I vociferously made this VERY CLEAR. Another agent came from the back room, talked to me for about 2 minutes and just took the laptop and signed it in immediately. STILL, NO ONE ELSE WAS THERE!! Similarky, when it was loaded in about two hours later that day, I had to make an appointment. I showed at my appointment time and, at my time, the same rude agent took two people ahead of me while I stood there. Again, the same saving agent came from the back room, recognized me, and handed me my loaded laptop. In a minute I was technically finished but the saving agent took about 15 minutes to show ne some things and how to get into WINDOWS, enough to get the basics done right there. This appointmdnt ststem is horrible; some agents are rude and wirk by the book; some agents understand customers, service and empathy ..

The actual work that was done worked well. The service and the demanding and rudeness of the personnel around pick-ups and requiring appointments when it makes absolutely no sense made this experience an extremely negative one. If one is standing at the counter, no one else is waiting and the product is ready to take immediately it is completely asinine to require an appointment that is in 45 minutes and would require me to leave and come back because, on their list, there are 5 appointments ahead of me BUT NOBODY ELSE IS THERE !!!

The compact refrigerator came well-packed, easy to unpack and on the date and time I was told. The refrigerator is all it's supposed to be.There is no excess moisture inside or out, keeps everything cool (has plenty of soda can space) and two dials to adjust both the freezer and refrigerator temperatures as they are supposed to be. Its freezer is expectedly small but sufficient, and a good sized refrigerator compartment for a compact. I've had it running and it is quiet. Very happy I bought this one! Highly rated by a popular Consumer Magazine also.
