The installers were very professional. Before arriving, they called to let us know they were on their way. They arrived early and on time! After they connected our new washer, installed an anti-tip bracket, checked to ensure that it was leveled and tested it for basic operation, they made sure they left no paper mess behind! Everything went very smoothly, and quick! They offered to remove the old machine, but we decided to keep it and give it away. We are very happy with their service.

On turning on my 5113 cd player the screen indicates "welcome" and then an immediate "goodbye" - so I cannot get it to work. What can be the problem?
I had that same problem at first. Read the manual that came with it, it's in English and Spanish. Both are on the same paper that came with it. Make sure you are not pushing the button to turn the radio on. There is a button that turns the CD on to play. Look at your instruction manual carefully, and then match the buttons on the manual with the ones on the diagram. The manual can seem a bit confusing at first.
