Nice printer, poor connection

I really want to like this printer. The print quality is great. But the software drivers and wi-fi connection are awful. I have had to delete and re-install the drivers three times - and it takes about half an hour each time. And almost daily I have to turn the printer off and back on again because it's 'offline'. HP - you should be able to do better.
