Bought these for my son. My son has a problem going through headphones and breaking them usually where they go around his head. I usually buy cheap ones. These were worth the extra money. They sound really good and they fit his head really well. I think these are going to last a lot longer. As they say, you get what you pay for.

We stream a lot and my two sons play a lot of online games. Usually there is at least 4 different items being used simultaneously. We had a TP Link and when the it died, I bought the Netgear Nighthawk based on an employees recommendations. I love it. It streams great and easily can keep up with all of our usage. It is better than our last router/modem and it has great range reaching all areas of our house downstairs and upstairs.

I originally bought these phones for my parents because their old ones had too much interference and would crackle too much. I wanted ones with large buttons to make it easier on my mom. After hooking them up and trying them, I liked them so much I went and bought the same ones for my home. I also really like these phones because both my mom and dad can each talk on a phone when I call making it a three way conversation. You can also use one home phone to call another of the home phones. This is great because my dad can take a phone outside with him when he is working and my mom can contact him with another of the phones and doesn't have to go out and get him. There is also no crackling on these phones even when I use my microwave.

Can't stream smoothly unless plugged directly into the modem. Buffering was horrible (did not have this problem with Roku). Even plugged in it has some trouble with buffering at times. Only bought this because I got Playstation Vue and it only runs on certain systems. Unless you actually need the Amazon Fire to stream something only it can stream I would not recommend it. Roku is a much better system.

THE LIGHTS ON THE KEYBOARD ARE RED. CAN THAT BE CHANGE TO OTHER COLORS?
As far as I know NO. All the Dell gaming laptops have red keys. I bought this for my son and he loves the red keys. They are not as hard to see as you would think they would be. I imagine you could probably buy a replacement keyboard with white keys if you wanted. I had to replace the keyboard on a laptop once and it was really easy.

I am use to the traditional modem and separate router, does this modem/router combo also give a media wifi and additional wifi support?

I bought it at the store. I wasn't comfortable with buying a TV and not being able to see the picture first.

Does this allow you to stream the PlayStation vue app? My Roku does not have this app.
Yes it does. I had a Roku and bought this for that very reason. It was horrible at buffering until I plugged it directly into the modem. Even then it sometimes has issues. I was glad I didn't buy the Fire stick as it probably wouldn't have worked since I had to plug into the modem. I never had the Roku plugged in and did not have buffering issues with it.

how does it compare to Roku
Roku is a lot better. Amazon has a lot more buffering issues.
