Pretty disappointing

I loved my first Dyson (Animal) and wanted to purchase a second one for the lower level of our new home. My previous model was no longer available and the salesman convinced me this model would be even better. I am really disappointed! You have to reach into the canister with your fingers to dislodge the dirt and hair to fall out! It does not transition easily back to the upright position to stand freely if you are shutting it down or pausing for a moment to reposition causing the handle to fall to the floor. The extension hose does not go back into place easily. If I would have purchased this model the first time, I am positive I would not have purchased a second one! I love my original Dyson Animal and hate my Dyson Multi Floor Vacuum.

Great cleaning tool

Although I really like the device, the weight of it, while holding it and keeping the trigger pressed, puts lots of pressure on my middle finger knuckle. It would be nice if you could press the on switch to keep it on...until you press an off button. Otherwise it does a very nice job.

What's great about it: Easy to use and switch out attachments
What's not so great: Holding the button to keep it running while using it is irritating and causes a blister on my knuckle.
