The readings aren't 100% accurate. I had mine in a doctor's office, heart rate on fitbit was 10% off the doctor's number. Syncing is a problem with a dongle. Could not get mine to sync with windows 10 4.0 blutooth until I bought a separate dongle. Its a good motivator though. I do question the sleep numbers, too.

If you like special effects and a mindless shoot 'em up, you'll enjoy this. But Star Trek always tackled issues and its plotlines were complex on many levels and this one falls way short of that mark. Nice tributes to the originals, but merely tokens. The film does not stay true to the mission.

Ex Machina is not for those who seek fast and furious action. There are long slow scenes that can try anyone's patience, but the intent is to give you room to think, rather than just react viscerally. Great special effects and eextremely thought provoking about our future, and ironically, our past.

Keith Urban is trying to do too much. He is a country icon, but doing hip-hop and pop stuff on this new effort isn't his bag and won't broaden his appeal. A successful artist hates to just stick to what he does best, but when it comes off as blatant pandering to find an expanded audience, he should re-think the approach. Still, there are a few good ole great country pop tunes that work as well as anything he's done before.
