Have an Installer quickly and professionally connect your Refrigerator to an existing water supply line. We will install a manufacturer supplied water filter or new water filter, if purchased. We will also level the new appliance and demonstrate the basic operation.

Best Buy installation was top notch

I had read reviews about the installation of the refrigerator on the Best Buy website for this particular product and had many concerns because in some areas and states, Best Buy evidently outsources the delivery and people were generally not happy at all. But upon checking with my local store in Bloomington, IL, I happily discovered that they do their own delivery and installation and it was a very pleasant and satisfactory experience all the way around. The installers were right on time, there was good communication from them about their expected arrival time, and they did a fine job. After they began the set-up, they discovered that our existing hook-ups were in good shape, so they didn't end up using the kit we'd been required to buy (I understand why in case it had been needed). So they told us we could return it to the store for a refund which we did. They made sure everything was working properly and explained some of the features of the refrigerator and made sure all of our questions were answered before they left. Very friendly and professional.

Great refrigerator

We've only had our refrigerator for about 3 weeks, but so far we love everything about it. My husband loves that the freezer is on the bottom since that was his major complaint about our last fridge and what prompted this purchase. The freezer is roomy and the drawer pulls forward all the way making it easy to see and reach everything. And he loves how well lit it is and the layout makes it easy to find things. You don't have stuff 'getting lost and going to waste' like in our previous one. My favorite features are the half door that lets me access the milk and a few other frequently used item without opening the whole refrigerator plus I love the cooler drawer where I can keep a whole case of pop, all of my cheeses, deli meats, etc. and again, I can open that without opening up the whole unit. We are a couple with grown children, but we do a lot of entertaining and enjoy cooking so we have no problem keeping it full and utilizing all of the wonderful features. Because of the ample size, it would also make a great refrigerator for a family. And we both love the look of the black stainless steel. We bought a product recommended by the manufacturer to help with keeping it clean, but so far, it's been easy and doesn't show fingerprints as much as I'd feared. I also like the easy open handles that have some give and flexibility. I think anyone would be very happy to have this refrigerator.
