We were amazed to see how ingeniously the delivery team carried this heavy washer with special straps. There was NO contact with our carpet or hardwood floors. The installation was performed efficiently and professionally. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that I had to sweep up a fair amount of debris outside created by the way the men had broken off the styrofoam and other packing materials near the truck. Everything inside the house was good.

My clothes seem to dry more quickly with this dryer than with my last one. The Wrinkle Prevent button is key to smooth sheets and wrinkle-free clothes. I love the lint trap--it is effective and easy to clean. So far, so good! I hope this dryer works this well for a LONG time!

Use a washer you can trust. This Samsung appliance is gentle on clothes and tough on dirt, stains and bacteria. Plus, it has the room and speed to get more laundry done in less time.

The big clean

I am still getting used to all of the features of this beautiful machine. My last washing machine did not have the bells and whistles this one has. I have used the Addwash door several times and find it to be very handy. I have also used the self-cleaning feature once. This washer still looks and feels brand new after more than 40 washes. It is quiet and efficient. I hope this washer performs this well for a LONG time!
