I used this watch for over a year and loved it for tracking my runs. But I also liked my map my run app and for some reason the 2 wouldn't have the same distance, pace time, splits, etc. this watch did help me to be more fit by tracking my weight loss and BMI through my fit but aria scale. I have since upgraded to the Apple Watch.
