It was a 'this is the only option' purchase and wished I would have done more research. When I purchased my Kenwood DDX470 the Best Buy Associate said this is the only one we carry, which isn't the whole truth. That may have been the only one they had in stock at the time but I search the inventory online and the store in shop at does carry others. Regardless, the set up was fairly simple but the instructions were horrible. You definitely need to know about positive and negative currents to understand how to change the view of the camera. The picture quality is okay but horrible at night to the point of almost useless. I only discovered this after I spent a couple hours installing it.

Somehow I lost my stock charger for my laptop and was looking for a replacement. The Best Buy Associate suggested this because is was less expensive than the replacement plus you could use it on other devices. This has been a blessing! I have a home and a work laptop that I don't have to switch cords for. Loving it!

I like the convenience factor of being able to plug into my Kenwood DDX470 but isn't really needed because the bluetooth streams everything. Advertised to play your videos from your phone but I have not been able to make this feature work.

I installed this double DIN in my 2002 F150. Although the 'book' said it couldn't be done, I did have to cut away a fair portion of the inner dash for the unit to fit all the way back. Setup was great, Kenwood packaged everything anyone would need except the car specific install kit. If you are a DYI like myself, give yourself plenty of time to wire the backup camera and amps. Over all I am very pleased with the product and will keep for years.
