There isn't a lot to a router, but this little gem does a good job. The highlight for me is the amount of detailed data available on the router interface. There's a lot of granularity compared to an Apple router. In addition, there customer was extremely helpful in an issue I was experiencing. Not only did they help me walk through the metadata on the interface, but explained industry standards so I could talk more intelligently to my Internet Service Provider.

Great keyboard with number pad

I love this keyboard. No charging, feels similar to an apple keyboard, and includes a number bad. My only gripe is that there is no way to check the battery level. Yes, it's solar powered, but it does include an internal battery for times that light is not available. There is a button at the top right to see if charge is good, but it doesn't indicate a percentage, just a happy face or sad face...which isn't terribly helpful.

Convenient but not a must

I have an echo in my living room and one in my bedroom. I use them consistently throughout the day. Turning lights on and off, setting alarms, checking the weather, getting a new brief, and most recently with my Plex media server.
The voice training on the voice, so it recognizes how YOU specifically say words, is helpful. My 5 year old can even talk to it and it understands him. The new skills are constantly being updated. I foresee the Echo and similar products become standard accessories in the home.
The echo doesn't provide any functionality that doesn't exist in another device in your home, but it does add convenience and save time. It's definitely helpful, but isn't a must-have.

Large but good sound

These headphones are large, but they are extremely comfortable and provide good sound. I like strong bass in my music and I get that sound from the standard output of the speakers in these headphones. They do offer a Bass Boost feature if the listener is a bass head, but that would be overkill for me.
Original price is around $200-$250. I got these on Black Friday for $99 and couldn't be happier with the sound for the price. The bluetooth connection is strong and I haven't had an issue with it at all.

After testing an Xbox One S, I'm extremely happy with this 4K player. The Xbox user interface was overkill for me, likely because I'm a Mac guy as opposed to Windows guy. It was just too much.
The user interface of the Samsung 4K player is simple and clean. The thing just works and run high quality output, as expected from 4K. I've also played DVDs and Blu-Rays and the upscaling is pretty impressive.
I wouldn't pay the normal price of $400, but if you can get it on sale for $200 or $250, it's well worth the expense.

Couldn't be used for what I need

I tried to daisy-chain two iMacs together using this cable. I'm not sure why it's measured in meters, but it didn't work for what I wanted to do.
The cable is effective and has high data-transfer rates, so it does what it says. It simply didn't help with the task I wanted.

PC?
I prefer white keyboards because the letters are easier to see than on a black keyboard at least for me. I know they make a similar keyboard for PC's in black but I seem to remember reading somewhere that someone tried this Mac keyboard and other Mac keyboards on PC's and they work. can the speakers be used vertically?
I have a narrow space on either space of TV. can the speakers be placed vertically and if yes will that affect the sound quality (in manual it says "for Stereo everywhere performance, need to mount horizontally" but not sure what that means. thanks.

wattage rating compatibility
can these Bose 161's be used as the only speakers (yes, just 2 speakers for now) with a 140-w per channel receiver? will the 40-w rating difference between receiver and these speakers be too much? will I blow the speakers?
Yes. My receiver outputs 160w per channel. You won't blow them unless you crank the music. The wattage you're seeing on the speakers is what they draw from the source, not their limitation. Essentially, they require 100w, but the receiver is smart enough to avoid over-powering them. You can always run lower power speakers on a higher watt receiver; you cannot do the opposite.
I wouldn't advise these as standalone fronts as they don't produce low frequencies well.
