In the end I kept the Case, RAM, GPU, CPU, and Hard Drives and replaced the Motherboard, CPU Cooler, Case Fans, and Power Supply.
Personal Choices:
I replaced the motherboard as it only has 2 RAM slots that support up to 32GB. Fine for most everyone but I needed more since I do audio production. It only has 4 SATA 6GB ports, again fine for most, but I needed more.

The GOOD:
The CPU, GPU, RAM, Hard Drives, and Case make it a good value. The case performs rave light shows if your into that sorta thing.

Overall I would recommend it to anyone who does not want to build or lacks the knowledge to build a PC The core components are solid and more than enough for non enthusiast gamers. I would recommend replacing all the stock fans and power supply though.
