OLED is the way to go. Impressed and Satisfied

OLED is the way to go hands down. Forget LED or QLED. Those things now are like staring at an old computer monitor. With OLED and taking advantage of 4K and HDR, the picture quality becomes so good it is literally like staring into a window to another world. There's just no comparison.
If you're interested in the TV, I highly suggest trying to see a 4K HDR demo in person. You will understand.
The downside to the LG B7 is that it does require some setting up and calibration for optimal quality. If you aren't familiar with TV terms and technical features (I wasn't), it will take a bit of research and playing around to get the settings and quality how you want. Believe me though, it's very well worth it.
My advice buyers looking for a quality TV? Don't waste your money on regular LED's anymore - not even a QLED because it's the same lesser technology. Either pull the trigger on a more expensive OLED, or just keep waiting because the prices are going down and you do NOT want anything less.
See you in the OLED club.

Best Sounding Headphones I've Owned
on October 17, 2014

The P7's are the best sounding headphones I've ever owned. I personally haven't really tried any headphones in the same category, except maybe the V-Moda Crossfade, but that is $100 less and definitely inferior to the P7's.
But, I think there are basically only 2 huge pros:
• Sound quality is amazing and pretty neutral with a perfect amount of bass
• Stylish yet solid build quality
A few minor cons:
• A bit bulky if you're used to smaller headphones
• Buttons on the cable aren't the best to grip (they are plastic "lines")
• Could have included better case and accessories for the price
All in all, I think you're paying for the sound quality here and you're definitely getting it. Unfortunately, lower quality audio files tend to be more noticeable on the P7's, but hey that's not what you're listening to with these right? Minor cons aside, the P7's sound better than anything I have ever owned or even tried.

Enjoy the high-definition video of your favorite PlayStation 3 games as they were meant to be enjoyed by connecting your system to your compatible HDTV or home theater system with this HDMI cable. High-purity copper conductors ensure low resistance and high signal integrity, while 95% copper braid and dual-layer 100% aluminum Mylar foil shields resist external interference. Silver soldering and 24k gold plating combine for high-quality signal transfer, and the convenient smooth-fit insertion force allows the cable to fit into place without damage to connectors or devices.

It's an hdmi cable that works and does not seem cheaply made. I actually got it on clearance I believe. I wouldn't pay $30 for it (regular price).

What is the SDR vs HDR settings and how do you enable or disable them on this tv? I have random picture flicker issue with Sony ubpx800 4k player. Also, when HDR will be enabled msg comes up it sometimes causes a brief disruption in video signal.

I'm not sure if you can turn off HDR, check the manuals and online. I would also double check your player and your hdmi cable in case it's those causing the flickering.

I hope you're not actually clueless as to what HDR is because it's silly to buy such a TV without knowing. Either way, when a signal or video is HDR, it is normal to get a brief disruption because the TV is switching modes. I get it all the time on youtube and netflix. Basically, do your research, but for this kind of money, you WANT the HDR on.
