Great batteries. They take a while to charge up, not very fast charging, but they always charge really well and last long. Always seem to get more and longer lasting power out of these compared to Energizer and they are usually around the same price.

This is in a workplace breakroom so it has stood up to more than average use and it's holding up well. Normal features as far as microwaves go. Could have a little bit more power but I guess if you want enough power to heat up 5 pieces of pizza in 60 sec than this isn't for you and you should buy a higher watt model. Quality built power supply. Has nice plug options but would be great if you could unplug unused wires to keep the clutter to a minimum. That being said, there is still some cord management that helps with the clutter a little. It is very quiet and was the best deal for the watts. Will serve you well if you just need a nice amount of power and aren't taxing your system to death like a a gaming system would.

It will show sleep disturbances or restless sleep which I'm sure is associated with sleep apnea but I'm pretty sure that's about all you will see. It monitors through movement but I think that's it so really won't show anything about heart rate. I know the newer fitbit monitors all that stuff including heart rate because my wife has that one also.
